Today, Dire Wolves would like to formally announce the departure of Curtis “Sharp” Morgan from the League of Legends lineup. Curtis has decided it was time to part ways with competitive League of Legends and move on to the next chapter of his life.
Curtis was the last remaining member of the founding 2014 Dire Wolves squad and has been an integral part of the team since it’s inception. From his first live event at Sydney’s EB Expo 2014 to last OPL split semi-finals, Curtis has endured all the highs and lows of the lineup.
“First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone who has supported myself and Dire Wolves over the years. My time as a player for Dire Wolves has brought countless memories and experiences that I’ll cherish for a lifetime. Regardless of who takes my spot, I wish the best for the team and look forward to see their persistent hard work pay off by taking that OPL Title.” – Curtis “Sharp” Morgan
“Curtis has been a huge part of Dire Wolves as well as one of the most talented players on our roster,” adds Nathan Mott, Owner and Founder of Dire Wolves. “As one of my closest friends it’s hard to see him go, but I truly appreciate everything he has done with the team.”
On behalf of everyone at Dire Wolves,we would like to thank Curtis and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.
