Position Opening – Dire Cubs Coach

We are now taking applications for the Coaching position within the Dire Cubs OCS team.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and open minded Sydney based applicant that is looking to broaden their view of the game and help facilitate the learning of the team.

You will be working closely with Coach Curtis “Sharp” Morgan at the Esports High Performance Centre located at the Sydney Cricket Ground to deepen your understanding of the coaching role. Past coaching experience is not a prerequisite, although material that displays previous work and game understanding will be taken into account.

Minimum Requirements:

• Watch and Draft all Dire Cub scrims
• Regularly attend the EHPC at the SCG
• Keep up to date with International/Domestic meta
• Record and Track learning of the team
• Identify trends both in and out of game
