We’re thrilled to announce our new ADC for 2019, Andrew ‘Anderu’ Baihn!

Anderu is the third player to join the pack straight from his first OCS split. However, playing on the OPL stage is not foreign to him, subbing in for Tectonic three weeks in Split 2, notably taking their Week 4 series 2-0 over Chiefs.

In 2019, we’ve moved away from the familiar names in the OPL to focus entirely on growing the next generation of Oceanic talent. We’re convinced that these players have the ability to go further, particularly on the international stage with our elite performance program. Through our expanded coaching staff, next year’s upgraded SCG training facility and collaboration with UTS sports science department, we believe we have the knowledge and skills to make this a reality.

An essential part of our selection process was finding the right person to pair with our new support Corporal in the bot lane. We believe partnering him up with someone equally driven and eager to improve was crucial for the progress of the team, and Anderu fitted that criteria nicely.” – Nathan ‘Rippii’ Mott

It is a privilege to be given the opportunity to represent such a prestigious organisation like the Dire Wolves. In 2019, I’m going to prove my worth by cementing myself as someone that belongs with such a team.” – Andrew ‘Anderu‘ Baihn

*Anderu’s signing is pending League approval
